Email is one of the most vital things that allow a smooth workflow in a company and make the lives of most individuals running small businesses more convenient. This is also the same with backup email, which will be a good countermeasure in preparation for unexpected occurrences, but what if this is not available? If you work without backing up your email, imagine how the flow of all things will be. Its such a waste when youre about to deliver a very important proposal to a very important client of yours that may lead to a huge amount of money in terms of profit, and then there occurs an email outage.
